LIMITLESS MONDAY 
WHAT do you HAVE TO LOSE?
 
The world has passed through tumultuous and devastating times. seeing millions in the valley of death. leaving economists and the economy in disarray. The earth shook, the grave mourned itself.
 
Everyone is looking for a way out. You either rediscover yourself. go inwards and look for your creativity. your passion, your giftings, your purpose so to be relevant. Now it’s not about ephemeral collections. it has gone beyond owing titles because the rich are also crying. You have to be intentional about your daily life. be sure of what and why you are still here. 
 
Barack Obama in his inaugural speech in 2009, said Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and there are many. They will not get solved in a short span of time. But know this. In America, they will because we choose hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict, and discord. So it is for humanity today. You’ve got to choose which way forward out of this pandemonium situation. 
 
What do you have to lose by going all out to be the hand that lifts out of this misery? Why are you still being petty? Adding value to others adds value to you? You’ve got to plant a good seed, get to water it, and expect God to give the increase.
 
Mediocre living is no longer acceptable. living for self and today alone cannot sustain the community.
 
You’ve got to stretch. work yourself so hard in discovering the best of you and living it to the fullness.in your living, I live.
 
Let your leadership give the growth environment.
Open up the opportunity to grow.
Walk with teammates during challenging periods.
Teach the team to learn from all experiences.
What do you have to lose in doing this as a leader?
 
To remain in denial, giving excuses allowing wickedness to overshadow your judgment. What do you have to gain by removing human beings from human resources? Making your workers miserable.
 
You will be winning as I am winning. Gaining capacity and having power over self if your influence can be real.
 
Let your Monday get filled with a new beginning of new love. The earth is bleeding already, everyone can do with a show of love and a ray of hope coming from you to your world.
